How to place a reservation

1. Register or log in to your account to track the status of your reservation.

After registration, you will be able to track your reservations in your personal account.

2. Find the product you need.

Use the search: enter the brand name and product.

3. Add the product to your cart.

After selecting the product, click “Add to cart” on the product page and choose the quantity using the plus or minus buttons. Then go to your cart and click “Select pharmacy.”

4. Choose a pharmacy.

Select the pharmacy where you want to pick up your reservation.

5. Enter your details.

Provide your name and phone number (pharmacy staff will contact you if there are any questions regarding your reservation).

Click “Reserve medicines.”

6. Done!

In your personal account on the website, you can track all changes in your reservation status. Once the status shows “Ready for pickup,” you can come to the pharmacy and collect your reservation.

Please wait for your order to be ready.

You can check the status in your personal account under the “Orders” section.
